Fixing spells/talents and such?

Hello everyone. I just compiled my own trinity server to see how it works compared to ArcEmu. Now I got the problem I would like to also be able to fix
bugs such as spells and talents. Like on my server some talents won't work when clicked on. Nothing happens. So if I just got a hint were to find the following things I would appreciate it alot:

1a). Fixing spells. Where can i fix bugged spells?
1b). Let's say I would like to increase the damage of Frostbolt from a normal damage on 2000-3000 to a normal damage to 4000-5000. Is this possible to do ? If so where?
2). How do i fix like talent procs and such? Say Finger of Frost for example. Don't know if it's working but if it didn't where can I fix this?

Talents are spells.

browse the files in that folder
